Using VendOS
VendOS helps businesses manage orders, inventory, credit, dispatch, receipts, and related workflows. You agree to use the product for lawful business operations and to provide accurate information when creating accounts, businesses, customers, and orders.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us as soon as possible.
Business data
You own the business records you enter into VendOS. This includes customer details, inventory records, order history, credit entries, dispatch records, and uploaded or pasted message content.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to store and process customer information in VendOS.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans, billing cycles, taxes, renewals, trials, and cancellations may be handled through our payment provider. Subscription access may change if payment fails, a plan expires, or an account is cancelled.
Service availability
We work to keep VendOS reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product improves, and some integrations may depend on third-party services.
Acceptable use
Do not use VendOS to break the law, abuse customers, send spam, attack the service, reverse engineer private systems, or interfere with another user's business.
Limitation of liability
VendOS is provided to support business operations, but business decisions remain your responsibility. To the maximum extent allowed by law, VendOS is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions.
